In the spring of 2022, a customer asked us to help with the removal and reconditioning of various pieces of equipment from a remote lease on short notice. Of the several items purchased by Overskud was this 36” 3 phase 1440 psi separator. As you can see, the unit was not functional state and we needed to.
With the support of our partners, we removed the unit, UT’d the package, and determined what could be salvaged to ensure this package has another life.
Scope of work; Hauled package and four other pieces of equipment on winter road back to our yard, where the package was tested, disassembled, and sandblasted down to the bare vessel and skid. After this, a new building was installed, and the catadyne heaters, piping, and fuel gas scrubber were added. The equipment removal and reconditioning process is complete, and we can adapt it to its next application’s requirements.
