In early 2023 a customer of ours formulated a plan for an Injection Package for mid-summer. Lease construction was not even started yet, but they need to lock up this package without tying up funds. Overskud proposed working on the pump package now while we had the time and presented an accommodating payment plan.
The package required a complete rebuild and some optimization. This package style would be easy to replicate if they needed to add a sister unit to expand their facility’s capacity. In March the package was completed and ready for pick up when the customer’s lease is ready.
Scope of work; optimize/replaced 30HP motor for 10HP motor, replace 2” piping, upgrade the electrical and rewind the charge pump motor. The new Hydracell pump was installed, the old one was rebuilt to be supplied as a backup and all electrical was run through and tested to ensure an easy start-up.
