December 2022 – Tear down & install of two 912 pumpjacks

Two additional pumpjacks were required for new drills on a multi-well pad; we led with two 912s in or inventory. They were an optimum fit; given they are matching make/model, it would result in some economies of scale regarding operation & maintenance. 1 x Lufkin 912-305-192 and 1 x Lufkin 912-365-168.

Both units were torn down, along with bases, transported, and set at new wells on piles. One is already producing and the other will be turned once the downhole work is finished.

Scope of work; Units inspected, transported, made field ready and installed. Weights optimized relative to SROD before deployment, and jack(s) rebalanced after the initial operation. Seals, brake cables, carrier bar(s), and other minor parts were replaced. Two turnkey warrantied pumpjacks were supplied.
